Winter Wedding at St Julian's Club, Kent

December 2018 – everyone was in full swing preparing for the festive season, however Grace and Barrett were preparing for an extra special Christmas. This gorgeous winter wedding on the 22nd was just the best way to begin the run up to Christmas Day.

Winter weddings can be tricky with unpredictable weather and limited natural light but we were well and truly blessed with some perfectly timed winter sunshine. With less than a hour before sunset after the ceremony, we were able to make the most of that beautiful winter light for both portrait and group shots at the church.

From the beautiful  ceremony at St Nicholas Church in Sevenoaks to the magical fairy-lit reception at St Julians Club, it was an utterly perfect day. It definitely felt like Christmas had come early!

With views over the Kentish Weald at sunset and dancing under fairy lights into the night, St Julians Club did not disappoint for a winter wedding. In particular, their fairy lit conservatory was a truly unique space with it’s ceiling overgrown with wisteria. I would love to see that wisteria in full bloom in the Spring!
